I'm not quite ready to do my newsletter on Yahoo! yet--not till I get some things squared away. I've been using Freewebs for several years now.

But because of the increase in costs of maintaining the site, I'm going to have to do a data dump and then start over.

I don't mind paying a little to get a little, but at this point, I don't have the extra $138 to fork out per year for two sites.

Any suggestions or ideas?

I know it seems a horrible suggestion, but one of my friends uses MySpace to post his column on gay activities and news. He's a journalist in OKC.

You need to put your writing skills to work to generate some funds. Hillary and Obama have generated Millions - why not write for them or John Edwards and get some of that cash? Also apply at the DNC. How about Newsweek? You know people do not read the Internet stuff like they read Hard Copy -
Rupert Murdoch knows that!!

Why not find your real niche and pitch it to some ezines that would like a contributing writer. Maybe a paycheck would be in the deal as well for you too.

If you want a blog site, then I dunno.. but if you wanna set up your own website for your newsletter and stuff, then I'd say use 110mb.com.

They'll soon have a built-in site creation tool, but for now, you gotta make your own site from scratch. But they're the best free webhost that I know of.
