Actually, you do pass Geneva on a nonstop flight from Nigeria to London. You also "pass" Spain, Italy, Tunisia, France, and several other places.

If you mean does your plane stop in Geneva the answer is usually "no". But you can schedual it that way if you want to. The answer to your question is totally up to you. You can book the ticket with a stop in Geneva but it is not necessary. good luck and happy traveling.
