When i first got them everything was fine, but maybe 5 months later i started getting migraines. First, things would look brighter and lights would pop up. then pain in my eyes and head came, soon comes nausea, and boom out comes breakfast. i have seen an eye doctor, he says nothing is wrong with me. i need to wear my contacts for school, and yes sometimes the same thing happens with glasses but mainly contact lenses.

A range of possibilities.

If the lenses are not perfectly comfortable, your eye lids and facial muscles may be a little tense, which could produce migraines as fatigue builds up.

If the prescription is slightly off, or the soft lenses do not correct a small amount of astigmatism that your spectacles do, again stress/fatigue can build.

It may not be the contacts.
Did anything major change after 4-5 months of contact lens wear? New school, boyfriend...
( I don't want the details, but consider other possible trigger factors that fit the time-frame)

If the migraines are definitely less frequent with spectacles there is almost certainly an optical connection.
My first suspicions for investigation would be astigmatism and binocular coordination.

Did you happen to change the brand of cleaning solution or saline that you use on your lenses? If you did, there may be a possible allergy to the solutions you are using.

I WOULD SAY THE PRESCRIPTION IS WRONG. HAVE THEM TEST THE LENSES AND SEE, IF THE MATCH WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE. I HAD A PAIR LIKE THAT WHERE THEY PUT IN THE WRONG STRENGTH AND IT REALLY MADE ME HAVE SOME BAD HEADACHES. OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT RIGHT FOR YOUR EYES
