It is a non steroid anti inflammatory, used for arthritis, bursitis, tendinitis,etc..
It may take time for it to build up in your system before you get relief or it might work more quickly, it is an individual thing.
Any drugs in the family of non-steroids have side affects and should not be taken for long periods without talking with a doctor.

Its a pain pill that also works as an anti inflammatory.

its an anti-inflammatory medication ...........I work for an orthopedic doctor and he prescribes it to his patients after surgery for the pain and swelling.
