Suitbert or Swidbert the name of a 7th century anglo-saxon monk (St. Suitbert) who set out to mission Friesland and Westfalia he also founded a monestary near Düsseldorf/Germany. The meaning of the name is "Shining by Strength" as he was a holy man inner strength is most probably meant. Today there is a Suitbert pharmacy in Düsseldorf.
Ertel (also Ertl) is a not so uncommon family name in German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, parts of Switzerland)

The pronounciation should be
Sweet-bert (or Sweed-bert) Err-tell (e like in error)

I don't know if the "Suitbert" is purely German, because you don't usually see "ui" together like that. But if you were to pronouce it as a German word it would be "Zoo - it - bairt". Again though, I don't think it's necessarily supposed to be pronouced as a German word. The "Ertel" however would be "AIR - tell". Words beginning with "Er" in German (including the word itself "er" which means "he") is pronounced more like "air" than "urr".
