There are. For instance somebody on a bus in a Muslim country is carrying a Koran even if it's the driver. Muslim countries have cults such as Al Queda and these really are cults. When given a Koran, the people in Gitmo didn't believe what they were reading, because the Korans they were use to reading were not real Korans. The U.S. and iraqi forces just got through taking down an armed cult in Iraq. There are ways to tell the Muslims from the cults.
true Muslims will never:
1. Take drugs, look at porn, smoke, drink alcohol
2. Purposely kill civilians
3. Torture somebody, especially civilians
4. commit suicide
5. kill or hunt Jews and Christians (it's in the Koran not to do it).
6. Not recognize Israel as a Jewish country (even the Koran metions Israel as the land of the Jews).
7. Force women to wear burkas

Well they bomb their own Mosques and those have plenty of copies of the Koran in them. So I don't think that putting a Koran on a bus or aircraft would stop them from bombing it, even if it was against Muslim Law. When a Muslim extremist feels he is doing Allah's work, then he figures he will be forgiven for any wrong doing he has done since he is doing the act in Allah's name.

I think this is a great solution that should be implemented by the military in Afghanistan and Iraq immediately! Although, once a suicide bomber does blow up a military vehicle, it would be too late to tell that person he(or they) has violated the law and therefore will not get a hot date in heaven with those 72 virgins that were waiting for him.

...I would also have small (live) Pigs that you can rent and walk around with... take the "sweet squealer" and keep him on a close leash as a Muslin goes directly to hell if "they" touch a Pig... Maybe too, put a "back-pack" on the Pig to carry the Koran around...

won't do a thing, it is Muslim law to be tolerant of others and abstain from violence, but you see how the extremists obey those laws.
