How do I find a missing parent through the military with only a name and a class#/ graduation Date?

He went to the Naval Construction training center in Gulfport Ms, Grad date was Nov, 10 1996.

Inquire at the Personnel Officer of the Navy so that they will look into the records for your parent.

I would contact gulf port and find out where they sent your parent to and go from there.
