I bought a computer in the usa. Can I refund the tax when I go back in my country??

You might be able to get a refund from your country, if they allow that, but you can't get a refund of the tax from the US when you leave here. And since I don't know what country you are from, I can't say whether or not you could get the refund of tax from your country.

No, there are no sales tax refunds for tourists or visitors. Unlike the tourist VAT refunds in many countries, the US does not refund sales taxes.
