If you smoke STOP. It`s the worst thing you can do for your skin. Good skin is also genetical up to a point. I don`t believe in `exfoliating and toning` I can`t see the point. I use cold cream to take my make up off, it`s been around for years and nivea creme at night to moisturise with. It`s a bit gunky but I think it`s good. Also the Nivea Visage tinted moisturiser is a good foundation and moisturiser combined. Unfortunately there`s not much you can do to a uneven skin tone, you just have to make yourself look as good as you can. However a lot of peeps will admit that confidence is one of the best beauty assets you can have.

at 25 this is when the skin really begins to age..... if your looking tired do you mean you have black under your eyes? if you do then your probably over dong it , you could see a herbalist who could give you something to calm you. as for the uneven skin tone, there is help, exfoliate (depends on your skin type as to how often) generally a couple of times a week though, and dont use anything to harsh this will just damage the skin. dermologica sell a really good daily exfoliator its called daily micro-exfoliant and it is fantastic it can even be used daily by sensitive skins.....
what ever you do (as many have already told you) drink lots of water, stay out the sun (this wont help the uneven pigmentation) and dont over work the skin, by this i mean to many people try to do to much at once, it can take 6 weeks for the skin to show the results of the new products you are using!
good luck, and if all else fails and the skin tone really gets bad see the doctor x

Drink lots of water. My first drink of the day if always a large mug of boiled cooled water, sometimes with a little lemon juice added, this flushes out all the overnight toxins in your kidneys. Then use a gentle exfoliate 3 times per week..face mask once a week. and always remove make-up with make-up remover using cotton wool balls before going to bed then splash your face with cold water and moisturise. Why not try the ROC skincare challenge for 12 weeks go to www.rocchallenge.co.uk. Also take a multi-vitamin and mineral tablet each day, this will ensure you're getting all the essentials you need. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, I like my veg raw with a light mayo dip, mmmm yummy.Stay away from chips, burgers, alcohol etc and I'm sure your skin will be radiant again in no time. For the uneven skin tones why not try Johnsons Holiday skin,or similar, it's a moisturiser with a little fake tan added this may even out your skin tone. Oh and if you smoke then please stop as this has a bad effect of skin condition. Good luck and hope this helps.

You can try out this Jap product called Miho. Have been using the range of products for more than 10 years plus. Very moisturizing and highly recommended.
The Beauty pack mask and Miho marigold lotion or Miho white essence will be able to help you recover fast. It has whitening effect and able to close up open pores. Especially should you have dull skin, do it on alternate day or at least once a week, you will be able to see the big difference. The Beauty pack mask has some real good ingredients in it.
Do check out the online store for more details. Not sold in any departmental store except online.
Hope this helps.

You need to get a good exfoliator. If you get quite a harsh one then only use once or twice a week but you can get some good once for daily use now. The St Ives ones are good and Nivea Young do a good one too. Really rub it in to your face to get the blood cells flowing. Use a toner after washing and then a good moisturiser. You sound like your skin may be a bit like mine and at the minute i'm using Nivea Aqua moisturiser but i change now and again when i find a new one i like.
Most importantly, drink plenty of water. Aim for at least 1 - 1.5 litres per day if you can't manage to drink the recommended 2 litres. Fruit and veg in your diet too.

How funny! I reached the same conclusion about my skin just last week. I went to the Aveda spa by my house & had the tourmaline facial. It was awesome and gave my face such a dewy & youthful look. Also, it didn't break me out like lots of things do. Aveda also has an exfoliator that's got tourmaline. I've been using it for about a week now & I must say that my skin just doesn't look as "tired" anymore and even with my current mentrual pimples, my face just doesn't seem as blotchy as it used to.

If you smoke, stop. If you're eating crappy food, change your diet to healthy food. If you drink sweet fizzy drinks, stop, those are slow-acting poisons. Drink about two and a half litres of water a day, and get the sleep you need (on average 8 hours for an adult). Get regular exercise in fresh air.
All the beauty products you use on your skin won't do any good if you don't look after the beauty within.

get a light colored powder. i hav dar skin too, and i just use this light pink blush but on me its just basically glitter :P put some on the parts of your face that light hits first - e.g. ur upper lip, forehead, nose bridge, etc. try to even out the skin tone by doing this. as for the eye brows... choose a highlighting eyeshadow color that is matte and one shade darker than your sin and apply sheerly. Don't worry bout the eyebrows, it'll get better after a while. but for now, stick to the eye shadow thing. hope taht helped

Besides taking care of your skin (clean, exfoliate, once a while mask, toner, moisturize); are you getting sufficent sleep & lack of vitamins also contribute to uneven skin tone & texture?
