I don't have any problem with Jews, Judaism or the Torah but I have some serious problems with what Jews, Judaism and the Torah is doing in the east. Why can't people see that this is not anti-semitism?

If you want the Jews out of Israel, I'd say there's a lot of Jews who would think that anti-semitic as well as anti-zionist.

Surrounded by enemies, Zion is here to stay. Kind of makes you wonder what Allah is waiting for . . .

1.There is a big difference between Zionism and Judaism. Judaism describes the Jewish faith whereas Zionism defines the philosophy behind a Jewish state which is the physical and spiritual homeland meant for the Jewish people. The first is a religion that existed for long periods of time without a homeland while the latter is a political\social outlook aiming to establish a Jewish state.
2.Judaism is more about spirituality but Zionism is more about nationalism.
3.Most Zionist are Jews, but not all Jews are Zionists.
4. Most Jews are actually pretty supportive of Israel and are Zionist in one way or another.
5.It is true a few Jews are against Zionism, the sect of Neturei Karta creed claims that the Messiah will come only if Jews remain outside of Israel. They are the only section of Judaism that claims that, everyone else believe Israel to be the homeland for the Jews worldwide.
6.The resistance toward Zionism is a result of Anti-Semitism, pure hate. Otherwise there is no reasonably explanation for why on one hand Jews should be slaughtered in the Holocaust however, on the other hand the Jews don't deserve a country.
Fortunately, not everybody in the world is an anti-Semitic, the majority are normal.
7.Criticism of Israel is not anti-sematic, but the demonizing and singling out of the state of Israel certainly is. To single out Israel as the main cause of turmoil in the world while Saudi Arabia does not allow women to drive and Iran hangs homosexuals in their town squares clearly shows that the criticizer is clearly biased and probably that bias stems from anti-Semitism

They choose not to distinguish between the two because accusing anyone who dispproves of the way Israel conducts iteself of being anti semitic is a far stronger and socially repulsive rebuke.

Distinguishing between the Jewish faith and the political actions of the country of Israel is quite easy to do... if you want to!

It's a bit like "playing the race card" if you are familiar with that phrase.

And why can't people like you distinguish between genuine criticism of Israel and anti semitism that is disguised as as anti zionism?

And if you think that it is impossible for anti zionism to be anti Semitic, then you apparently haven't been paying attention.

I see plenty of difference between anti-Hebrewism and anti-Zionism. The issue here is that some people believe that future wellbeing of the Jewish people is based upon the continued existence of the state of Israel. For anyone who thinks that way, a necessary connection exists between anti-Zionism and anti-Hebrewism (the arabs are semites, too, after all).

Most people have automatically assumed that you want the Jews out of Israel, not that you simply disagree with Israels political actions in the Middle East.

There is a large part of your problem.

No i can assure you that i am certainly not anti-female and i certainly dont hate all women cause some women are smarter than most men but the more I know about the average Jane, the more I find women (in general) disgusting. Probably the one thing I hate the most about women is their lesbian leaning and the idiotic superiority complex that allows them to link such a thing to "objectivity" or "art". And I'm not talking about open lesbians but the stupid ones ("straight" women). I mean, they are lesbians and yet most of them date men, it is really disgusting. It is obvious their narcissism is more important than their "SO"'s feelings ( they wouldn't proclaim their "women are easier on the eye", "women have more to look at", etc. if a guy's self esteem meant something to them) and yet they consider themselves empathic, romantic and emotionally connected?. And I don't believe an adult person could be naive enough to ignore the psychological abuse present in their bashing or the intellectual myopia existent in their "I'm straight but I find the female body more aesthetically pleasant and I prefer to look at women" homoerotic mantra. Nobody is pointing a gun to their head, if they find women so attractive, why don't they date women instead?. IMO, the answer is narcissism and necessity.

I understand you. Zionism is the campaign for a Israeli state/country, and an anti-Zionist is one who opposes their goal.

That doesn't mean the same thing as anti-semitism, which is a hatred of Jewish culture, traditions, and people.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. addressed this question. He stated:

". . . You declare, my friend, that you do not hate the Jews, you are merely 'anti-Zionist.' And I say, let the truth ring forth from the high mountain tops, let it echo through the valleys of God's green earth: When people criticize Zionism, they mean Jews--this is God's own truth.

"Antisemitism, the hatred of the Jewish people, has been and remains a blot on the soul of mankind. In this we are in full agreement. So know also this: anti-Zionist is inherently anti-Semitism, and ever will be so.

"Why is this? You know that Zionism is nothing less than the dream and ideal of the Jewish people returning to live in their own land. The Jewish people, the Scriptures tell us, once enjoyed a flourishing Commonwealth in the Holy Land. From this they were expelled by the Roman tyrant, the same Romans who cruelly murdered Our Lord. Driven from their homeland, their nation in ashes, forced to wander the globe, the Jewish people time and again suffered the lash of whichever tyrant happened to rule over them.

"The Negro people, my friend, know what it is to suffer the torment of tyranny under rulers not of our choosing. Our brothers in Africa have begged, pleaded, requested--DEMANDED the recognition and realization of our inborn right to live in peace under our own sovereignty in our own country.

"How easy it should be, for anyone who holds dear this inalienable right of all mankind, to understand and support the right of the Jewish People to live in their ancient Land of Israel. All men of good will exult in the fulfillment of God's promise, that his People should return in joy to rebuild their plundered land.

"This is Zionism, nothing more, nothing less.

"And what is anti-Zionist? It is the denial to the Jewish people of a fundamental right that we justly claim for the people of Africa and freely accord all other nations of the Globe. It is discrimination against Jews, my friend, because they are Jews. In short, it is antisemitism."

Can you not also see that Zion and Israel are not the same either?
Many Israelis are anti-Zionists or non-Zionists. Nor are all Semites Jewish, of course.
However, as to your question...point well made.
