well theres this grading thing and you subtract points depending on if it has certain bad things and then add [extra credit] if it has good things

here are the scores

the score is 117% for the authority sub brand i feed my dog
its actually better then wellness, canidae and other good natural foods

so why are people saying its bad?

I've never actually used one of those scoring systems. But the reason is probably because of the ingredients. Better foods, such as Wellness and Canidae, have a higher quality of ingredients. Authority has things in it that dogs shouldn't be eating. And if I remember correctly the first two ingredients are not a meat, which they should be in good foods.

You should share the whole ingredient list so we can tell you what the bad ingredients are. I feed my dogs Merrick and Wellness. I make sure there is no corn, by products or anything that just does not sound like I would eat it myself.
