What Do Angels Really Look Like?

Are angels man or woman? Do angels eat?

Angels are men. They usually wear gray and red with red baseball caps.

Angels are partial to Mexican and Italian foods -- although I've seen a few in Monterey Park eating Chinese food.

Every angel in the Bible looks like a 33 year old male without wings. No angel looks feminine. No angel has wings.

They can be mistaken for ordinary men.

As for diet, maybe something like manna;

Angels are not having man and woman like humans.God created them as angels only from white light.Satans created from fire and demons created from smokeless fire.Humans from earth.There are many types of angels.For Muslims there are angels very beautifull looking.But for others very ugly and terrible looking angels.Suppose only one of them any person will see in this worldlife will die in a second.

According to the Bible, as told in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, angels can take human form. Also, Jesus told us to treat others with hospitality, because we could be entertaining angels and not know it. I think there are a lot of angels on the earth walking around disguised as humans. Angels are messengers of God.

I know a lot of people that have so much love, so much compassion, and so much gentleness towards others. Those people are 'messengers' of God by example. So, to me, they are also Angels. Peace.

Angels are spiritual beings that have complete control over the physical elements- and can therefore assume any shape or form they wish.

The bad angels (aka demons) have the ability to put images/thoughts into your imagination- so watch out!

Angels are heavenly creatures and look just like angels. According to the holly books about angels, it's described that they have wings. They are holly and so their color is definitely white which i believe is a symbol of holiness.

Angels are made out of light...therefore they can appear in any form that they wish to.

According to hadith (sayings of Prophet Muhammed) they have no desires as we humans do. The Angels frequently appear before him in the form of male. On one occassion, the Angel Gabriel appeared before him in his original form and it was reported that Gabriel possess 600 wings, and if all the water of the seven seas are poured upon his head it would merely represent a single drop of water.

One unique fact is that despite their true form and size, they are able to displace their true size and appear before Muhammed in the form of an ordinary man.

Angels are androgynous, but most often are referred to as "he". It is true, angels can look like and appear to be anyone. They have the ability from God to throw "glamor" so that they appear to be someone we could recognize as like us and not be afraid of.

The wings are said to actually be light so strong that it radiates from every part of the spiritual aspect of the Holiness of angels. Some angels, the Seraphims I think, are said to have six pairs of wings, one pair on their head, one on their shoulders and the last pair on their feet. I think it is more likely that their bright light of Holiness is incomprehensible to us, and the few mortals who have seen them with their spiritual eyes could not accurately describe what they saw, and so wings was used as the closest image. I also think that the halo was invented in this manner, the light surrounding the head to be a golden color, showing connection to purity, light and God. Angels are also said to be "Sons of fire." So many are believed to be burning with the Fire Of God. The Seraphim fly so close to God that they are actually on fire. Some angels were said to have many faces...depending on what the function of the angels are as well, are the way they appear.

Depends on what sort of angel and what choir they are from.
Cherubim are winged Sphinxes, some obviously look very human. Mostly they are referred to as male or asexual in the Bible...
Interestingly Demons also look very different...
The faun like goat men are lesser demons who are more just naughty but the scary evil ones are winged bulls!
