Because you have more confidence in yourself now. Guys can tell from the way you are carrying yourself and the way a more positive energy is coming from you. Guys love confidence in a girl. Same with girls loving that in a guy. Kind of like level meets level.

The most beautiful thing that my wife can put on, and I help her every morning with it, is her smile...
She is very pretty anyway but when she wears her smile, her eyes light up, there's natural colour in her cheeks, and she is inviting to all around her...
Your smile also gives you a pleasant charactor and people feel they wish to be around you...

Because if you seem happy and friendly, people are always more drawn to you. If you frown and look upset (like you dont want anyone near you) then people will avoid you or not look at you. Most people like to be near those that are cheery and friendly and open. People will avoid those that are closed off and unfriendly. Its human nature.

when you start careing about yourself that brings out confidence and that means you are more happy and that attracts guys attention.... confidence also means that you start lovin yourself and like what my daddy always told me you have to love yourself before others love you.... hope this helps you out...
