Yeppers.
One morning I awoke from dreaming that I was slashing tires on a maroon hatchback type car. I was wearing a black coat, my name was Donna and I was furious at the owner of the car.
Since it had never even remotely passed my mind to consider slashing tires that part seemed weirder than being someone else.
But it got weirder when I got to work. My first patient for the day was someone I'd never met before. She said she almost didn't make it to the hospital because her grandson's tires had been slashed during the night and he had planned to drive her.
~~Twilight Zone moment~~
I asked her the color of the car and if the same three tires had been slashed which matched up to what I'd just dreamed. Then I asked her if she knew a Donna. She said Donna was the grandson's ex-girlfriend.
If you discover any logical explanations, please let me know! :-D
Like you said, it leaves so many questions. . .

yes, we are but time travellers, and life is indeed a dream of a crane and the world a dew drop on a blade of grass. Life is indeed a journey, the destination does not matter as it is the same and certain for all of us. When we slip the bonds of conscious reality when we fall asleep we vist the worlds and other consciousness not constrained by the layer of conditioning we all acquired. It is free flight of the mind not encumbered by all the meaningless nonsense we learned. It is a vacation our mind takes from us...
A lot of people think it spiritual as they experience perhaps a reality so different and mysterious it awes them.
Scientists will tell you dreams are nothing more than the mind disposing off the junk it accumulates in everyday life. I choose to believe differently. Perhaps such dreams are the way of the our soul telling us we are more than a mere body and mere waking consciousness we create.
"there are two ways of looking at the world: everything is a miracle and nothing is a miracle, I choose the former"

Yes, I have. I was kind of weirded out by it. In my dream, I was a man with a wife and a baby on the way. I never understood the interpretation of it, though. But, I've talked to other spiritual people about it and found that it's quite common to dream you are someone else........ but still *you*. Peace.

Not another person altogether, no. But when I was a very young girl, I once dreamed I had a penis. An erect penis, as a matter of fact. This was not long after I found out that there were such things.
The funny thing is, I did not say to myself, "Oh, I am a boy," I said, "Oh, I have a penis." LOL

I have been feeling like evry one else in the dream yet my existance as spectator remains un-changed, All the characters of the dreams are experienced by my own-self yet I could not see myself seperately.

Yes, I have had dreams where I am someone else, yet it's still me. I never thought anything of it though. Simply a dream.
