Behold, thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.
- Psalm 39:5
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
- Isa 64:6
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
- John 3:3
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
- John 8:24
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
- Rom 10:9
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
- 1Jn 5:11-13
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
- Rev 20:15
On Mon Sep 26, 1983, Bro. John showed me from the Bible how I can know for sure that I am going to heaven when I die. He showed me that eternal life was a free gift that once received could never be lost. I got saved that night and 24 years later I am still saved.
If you are trying to trust in your own self-righteousness, you will be horrified to find that you fell miserably short of the mark.
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

Why can't God send everyone to Heaven? "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". You have done nothing terribly wrong, other than sin? What do you think sin is? Sin- is anything that is against God. Which is pretty much everything we do on our own. I am not saying that we can do nothing "good" without God- but the goodness we do, is never good enough to get us into heaven. God is SO merciful that loving and gracious that He gives us what we do not deserve- however, in order to do that , He had to send His Son Jesus- but we have a choice if we admit that we are a sinner, then confess and repent and accept Christ as payment for our sin. How do I know for sure that I am going to heaven? Because of the death of Christ on the cross. that is the ONLY REASON- because I do not deserve too. Yes, I know a lot of people who at this very moment would not be in heaven- however I pray , and hopefully live my life in such a way that they would be led to Him and His love and saving grace.

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Man thinks of sin as degrees of seriousness like lying is a lot less serious than murder. However, sin is sin to God. It doesn't matter how minute your sin was in your eyes. Sin is not allowed in Heaven. But the good news is God so loved the world (mercy) that he sent his son to pay the price for all our sins so that if we believe in him, we may go to heaven. You cannot get to heaven unless you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and saviour. There's nothing you can do on your own to get to heaven (you can't be "good" enough) because we've all sinned. Jesus is the only way.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6) That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
A good website for you to check out...Kirk Cameron explains it a lot better than I can.

You must accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He is the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him.
This is a free gift, you can not earn it, by being good enough.
When you stand before God on Judgment day and the books are open, if you are not cleansed in the blood of the Lamb all your sins will be there for everyone to see and you will get your just reward for your sins, which is eternity in Hell.
If your name is written in the Lamb's book of life all your sins are covered in His blood and are erased and you will live in the mansions He has prepared for us in His Father's house, forever and ever. There will be no more tears, no more pain, no more trials and tribulations, no more sickness, no more death and best of all no more EVIL. Praise God!!!
Read the Holy Bible for yourself, all the info is in there. I suggest you get a New Living translation, which is written in plain modern English, therefore the easiest to understand. Hurry, you are not promised another moment.

Good question! It would be great if we all could go, but that isn't the promise that God made. We don't earn "points", so to speak, but we are smiled upon while on earth.
The way to heaven is simple, but sincere. There are no part-timers or lazy believers, (twice a year worshippers)
This is the way to heaven...the only way!
John 3:16 (New International Version)
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a]
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Do you believe?

Jesus said this:
John 3
17 "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
This is the major theme throughout the Bible. You can trust in other things, including yourself, or you can trust God. If you trust God then you trust what His Son said.
Do you see those verses above? That's the key. I gave it to you so that you might read it a few times. Let it sink in. It's meanings are eternal.
You asked for Christian answers, and I gave it to you.

It's not yet time to. There's a problem that's occurring. The bible warns that you must believe his son. People say they believe in Jesus Christ, yet I have not seen any of you that honestly believes him, even if it was him who you must believe. Which is more of a problem. It isn't Jesus Christ who you must believe. Jesus Christ is the father. Why do you think Jesus kept saying, "Son of man"? That's because he was talking about someone else, not himself as the false preachers has been teaching. Jesus warned that he was sent by someone. Jesus Christ is the father. It was his son who sent him. His son was Adam. You heard of Adam and Eve? Adam sent God the father to walk the earth as a man, so that he can appear in the image of his son Adam.
Why are people convinced that it is impossible for God to be an actor. That bible warns that God is going to be a false priest. The bible clearly says that the only one true priest will not be God , but someone else.
The bible clearly says that the human body is only a suit, not the actual man. The actual man is inside the suit, human body. The human body is a room that houses the soul.
The flesh can never enter heaven. The body that was named Jesus Christ was flesh. When Jesus rose up, it said they saw him rise up to the clouds. It didn't say they saw him rise up and enter heaven. People assumes that. Just as people assumes that it's impossible for God to be an actor.
Jesus never said he is the Son of man. People assumes that.
When Jesus spoke, he sometimes spoke as himself the father, but he often spoke in the place of his son. Just as an actor in a movie would speak.
No where in the bible, old or new, does it say that God will never act the part of his son.
The bible says it's God who will decide who the elect will be in the last days. It's not the people who will decide. The people had decided the elect will be Jesus Christ. God warned that it's not the people who will decide.
Also, the bible clearly says that God's son will appear on the earth 3 times. First as a man, 2nd time as a spirit, in the image of God. 3rd time, which will be the final time, as a man
When God's son returns in the last days, he will return to harvest the crop he tilled. God told Adam to till.
Adam made his 2nd appearance when Jesus Christ his father was baptized. When Jesus was baptized, a spirit in the form of a dove appeared saying, "This is my son, I'm proud of him". People says that was God who appeared. God was standing on the ground, inside the body of Jesus. The bible doesn't say that was God who appeared in the form of a dove. People assumes that. Since people assumes that it was God and the bible doesn't say it was, then that was an image of God. God's son's second appearance is in the image of God. Adam was God's son.
As Jesus said, The father is on the ground, while his son is in heaven.
Why would God switch roles with his son? If you are going to put your son in a room and you don't want any one knowing that he's in the room, then you would appear first in his image. That way at a future date when you put your real son in the room, not one will believe him because they will be convinced that he already appeared when the father appeared in his place.
As the bible warns, when God's son appears on the earth in the last days, not one man will believe him. Also, he'll be the only man among the people who will know better than to believe any of the false teachings.
Why would he know better than to believe the false teachings? Because while the people are guessing, he'll know.
Just like the questions I have asked. The last two I have asked, no one has answered them correctly.

Be better (kinder, compassionate, giving) then the people around you would be one way of knowing you've got a good chance. If you look around and your the worst, or below the top 20% then you might have good reason to wonder!

Be good, and you'll get the reward that God gives - this is true regardless of your religion.
Be bad or evil, and you'll get the punishment - this is also true regardless of your religion.
