I am currently 5' 3" and 105 pounds. I really want to lose weight like up to 100 maybe? Does anyone know how to lose weight on the thighs? I've been running and doing weights but doesnt seem to work as well. Do I not eat pass six? I want to be able to grow too.

For cardio what do you do? What exercise can you do for it?

You're healthy the way you are (at least by weight and height) . . . you don't need to diet. Also, don't worry about growing either. Guys like girls your height . . . . If you grow, that's fine, but you should never have to worry about it again. Good night!

Instead of lifting weights do toning exercises for the inside of your thighs if that is you problem area. Also 105 for someone your height is not by any means overweight. You should be more concernd about your health and your lifestyle than your weight at this point.

Your weight is fine. Just increase your metabolism rate so that you will not out on weight as you grow.

First go for brisk walks. They are great for burning fats and trimming lower body fats.

Next, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs . They will increase your metabolism rate and burn more fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

hi, im a personal trainer....eat lots of protein. Your body burns more fat processing proteins. Your body burns fat evenly, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Do cardio always after weight training, but walk. dont run or bike. Do it at an incline. If you have any questions, email me.
Oh, you have to eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up.

hmm ... someone said that you were underweight but thats not true!!! You weight is okay just focus on toning your muscles instead of losing weight. THe muscle mass weighs more than fat mass.

OK, you are already underweight. You need to get an accurate body image so you stop thinking you're overweight. However, if you want to firm up, try doing lunges to help your thighs.
