Are there any specif exercises I can do to increase my butt size because I am as flat as I can be. I work out 3 times a week 1hr on the treadmill/day and half hour on a bike/day and lift 10 repetitions of 10 (15lbs weight). I just can not seem to be able to increase my butt. Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated.

There are a number of things you can do. There's a video called "Buns of Steel" and that will show you floor exercises you can do at home. You can do lunges anywhere. At the gym, switch from teh treadmill to the stairstepper. You can also have one of the gym trainers show you some equipment you can use: there's one that you kind of bend over and lift up your upper body, and that will work your glutes.

I would say...sit on your butt with a bag of potatoe chips in your lap for a while...and stay out of the gym. You are working it all off, girl! Then in 3 months, when it balloons...hit the gym and tone it.

you cant make your butt bigger unless you get like surgery

why do you want a big butt?! but um i guess just eat faty foods or do butt-ups if you want to gain muscle to make it look bigger

try squats and leg lifts.
