Im 17, 5'6 around 120 lbs....i've been lifting for about 3 1/2 months now...i've tried muscle milk and syntha 6 as protein supplements. Does anyone have and recommendations for something i should take? i lift 5 days a week

any whey isolate will work great for you!, try some cell mass as well which can be found a gnc's. its great that you work out 5 a week, try to hit a different muscle group every day and most importantly STICK WITH IT for example i do chest + triceps + deltoids on monday, upper/lower back + lats on tuesday. find a program that works with your life style and always eat right. good luck!

You're lifting way too much. Cut back to three or four times per week. Also, I'd recommend whey protein wherever you can get it . . . GNC or Walmart should have it. I could give you a website to get it from too, but I doubt you have a credit card to order with and the quality is about the same. Good night!

I use GNC's Max XXX. It has 980 calories and 50 grams of protein. It sounds to me that you are like me and have a really high metabolism. I follow this workout guide to a T and its given me excellent results.
