i'm a 14 year old girl 5'9 and currently about 140, i'm on my way to losing weight

(eating fewing calories and healthy as well as exersiceing)

would you suggest 135 lbs or 130lbs?

Either weight is in your healthy range, but 130 is approaching being underweight. I would recommend not going any lower than 130.

If you're 5'9" tall, I'd say either one would be fine. I probably couldn't tell the difference very easily. Good night!

You're 5' 9" ? 140 sounds pretty slim already.
