Perhaps the more removed a spirit is from heavan the more it can interact with the physical dimension, or perhaps the impregnation was of the soul - such as being possessed and the resultant creatures were rather behaviours.

Genesis 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Matthew 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
It doesn't necessarily mean that angels don't have a gender it just says that they niether marry nor are given in marriage.
Another point is that if angels are spirits they can actually possess a human being---granting that...they might have possessed humans (men) and had intercourse with the daughters of men(women)..
Another point is if they can possess, there is a possibility that fallen angels possessed the fetus of a pregnant woman.
probably but then probably not.

Angels neither, marry nor are given in marriage. Angels are of a spirit composition falling into categories of Arch angels, Seraphim, and Cherubim. Angels since they are Created for Godly service and are of a spirit composition, cannot procreate. The "fallen" angels are demons under the rule of Satan, a fallen Arch Angel. No where nor no way can angels impregnate any human since they are sexless in gender.

Well, the Bible doesn't say that the fallen angels that followed Lucifer inpregnated women, the Bible just says in Genesis that the "Sons of God saw that the daughters of men where fair, and took of them..." So the Bible doesn't specify that they were angels, some say that the "Sons of God" that were mentioned could have been the descendents of Adams sons Seth. Righteous men in the scriptures are somtimes refered to as Sons of God. Bible decscribes David to be a man after God's own heart. So depeding upon interpretation, this could have just been the description of the descendents of one of Adams Children or Grandchildren.

You have to read that passage carefully.
Jesus says: "In the Kingdom of heaven
they neither marry nor are given in marriage,
but are as the angels in heaven."
Read the original Greek carefully, and Jesus
is saying in heaven we will have the same
looking body, so we will be known, but we
will be "neuters"; that is, having no sex organs,
like the angels. Angels are created beings,
all of them, and they never die, so have no
need to procreate.
It's a fascinating subject, but if you read the
original Hebrew carefully, it seems to indicate
that the "Sons of God" who "went in unto" the
"daughters of men" were, in fact, natural men
who had grown to large stature.
Oh, and there ARE two men who according to
scripture have never died yet, but were caught
up into heaven as humans. They are Enoch and
Elijah. Some of us think they will be the two
"witnesses" who come to tesitify during the
reign of the Antichrist, and who will be killed
on worldwide TV in Jerusalem.

Jude 1
5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
********************
Those angels had volition to leave their first estate, or being, and are in chains, for now.
