Eat fruits and vegetables. You can eat plenty of these and not gain any weight. Just don't add anything to them like sugar or butter. You can also eat salad with lemon juice, and on occasion, put some baked chicken that is boneless and skinless into the salad. If lemon juice is too sour, try russian dressing with only 6grams of fat. Soup is good too.

A healthy cereal with non-fat milk combined with a fruit for breakfast. A sandwich made with all-grain bread for lunch. And a healthy salad with steamed vegetables and some protein-filled nutrient like meat.

eat a apple for break fast an orange wit a small sand witch and a cold water (wrap the water in foil to keep it kool during the day) forlunch and for dinner have a salad and a small steak for protein dont drink soda or eat sweets i hope i helped

mhm you should eat the proper serving size of cereal also for lunch have a nice sandwitch subway or home made or something but nooo peanut butter and for dinner have some poultry, or fish with steamed veggies

umm...for breakfast eat some fruit with granola or something like that and if you dont like that, eat some special k...i ate that all thru my pregnancy.
for lunch, eat subway....lol....or a salad
for supper eat something like grilled chicken, and some veggies.
drink plenty of water, dont drink diet coke please!!! thats so not good for the baby! my doc told me its not good at all...so take care and good luck on the ultrasound!

are u pregnant? oh okay then so now i feel its okay to suggest the right type of foods to you...lowfat skim milk..boiled chicken rice whole wheat pasta vegetables fruit....yogurt....lean pork stay away from cheese cold cut deli meats tuna fish
