I have felt and feel this way plenty. Not even my therapist could help. I was hospitalized many times and in the intensive outpatient program many times. Onlt this last time did things come together for me...maybe that was because I knew I had to get things together for my son(2) He is my life and I don't want him to grow up with out me. Never Let Go Of HOPE!!!

I am having trouble agian myself but somehow I am doing better than before, I am somehow kepping it together, a lil bit anyways. Maybe it's all the meds I am on and all the appts to the therapists and dr's.

There is no end, but there's also no beginning. Life is a great flow, and all we can do is choose to oppose that flow or accommodate ourselves to it.

An old story tells of an old man who accidentally fell into the river rapids leading to a high and dangerous waterfall. Onlookers feared for his life. Miraculously, he came out alive and unharmed downstream at the bottom of the falls. People asked him how he managed to survive. "I accommodated myself to the water, not the water to me. Without thinking, I allowed myself to be shaped by it. Plunging into the swirl, I came out with the swirl. This is how I survived."

Go with the flow - that's how I've survived, and how you can too.

This story comes from the site "Zen Stories to Tell Your Neighbors," referenced below.

You did not say that you feel suicidal, but you do sound like you have no hope, so I'd like to give you this number.

If you are feeling hopeless, please call 1-800-SUICIDE.

Even if you are not feeling suicidal, they can help you talk through your emotions. They will be able to help you more than we can on this site.

Everyone feels like that at one point in their life or another. Put yourself in the hands of God and see if that helps.

Oh yes.

-Mom said there would be days like this. She just didn't tell me how many there would be- Socrates (I think)

On days like that I try to convince myself that I'm NOT right.
