Eat a number of calories equal to 13 times your body weight, plus about 500 calories per hour you spend playing soccer. You can look up your other exercises with this calculator:

That all depends on your BMI. Search for body mass index on the net and there will be a calculator. You input your height, weight. The gov's Mypyramid.gov is an excellent resource.
