Blasphemy of the holy spirit is far much more dangerous. Come on i'm sure u would have heard of it before and u must have heard that if u blasphem against the holy spirit u cannot be forgiven. God is a forgiving God and he would forgive u even when u forsake him. He is faithful. I don't really want to talk about wat u might do to blasphem against the holy spirit but it takes a lot of guts. It's not even just mere actions or words. Even those who insult God are ignorant and would be forgiven when they realize their wrong doing. Blasphemy against the holy spirit is much more intentional. It's sometin like someone who has been saved by Christ and is a full grown fellow in Christ and is experiencing his power but then intentionally forsakes the Lord for the world maybe as a test to see wat might happen to him. It's like someone who now is so sure of the truth of Christ but turns away in mockery. Anyway no need to judge cos it's the motives and the heart that God judges.
I've promised so many things in the name of the Lord that i failed to do and yet God still answered some of the prayers that i just thought were impossible. Just think of getting a scholarship even when u didn't do an exam. Full scholarship. It was God.

Blaspheming the holy spirit is mocking the works of the Holy Spirit, with the intent on keeping others from wholeheartedly following Christ.
God the Father has determined that the Holy Spirit is His manifestation of the life and light that exists in “Himself” and “the Son.” The Father is not a heavenly father, He is “the Heavenly Father.” Jesus Christ is not a christ; He is “the Christ.” The Holy Spirit is not a spirit, He is “the Spirit” - the third member of the blessed Godhead. The Bible makes it plain that you may blaspheme the Father or the Son and be forgiven, but if you blaspheme the Holy Ghost, you cannot be forgiven. “Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.” (Matthew 12:31-32) This is not a statement that exalts the Holy Ghost above the Son of God, but rather recognizes that the Son of God is revealed to us by the Holy Ghost, and if we drive Him away there is no one to reveal the Son to us. We are hopelessly lost if we blaspheme the Holy Ghost and He is forced from His ministry to us. Jesus said, “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him…” (John 6:44:a) The Father draws us to Jesus by His Spirit as He has designed from the first chapter of Genesis.

You do all in the name of Jesus Christ...the Holyspirit takes care of the rest. acts 2:37-47. In the name of Jesus God forgives sins. Amen.
In Jesus name we pray....Hebrews chapter 12. Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith. The holyspirit is the comforter that teaches and directs us, in the way that we should go. We live by the spirit. Yet Jesus is our guide. God says ask what you will in Jesus name. James 5:7-20. Pray for one another.

Well, I don't advise you make any promises to God. Bible says not to swear on anything, just ket your yeas be yea, and your nays be nay.
Anyway, of course you're not condemned. Man is fallible, therefore God knows we will fail him. And even thoough you broke your promise to God, the Bible says "All that the father hath given me, I will in no wise cast out." In other words, All that Jesus saves, he will not cast you away from him.
Personally I think that blaspheming the Holy Spirit is when a man rejects God when God is inviting him to be saved.
If you are worried about losing your salvation, you don't have to worry, you can't. Bible says he will "Never leave thee, nor forske thee." "Nor any other creature is able to seperate us from the love of the father which is in Christ" "Who are kept by the power of God." Whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption." Bible says no man can pluck you out of the hand of God. And since you are a mortal being as myself, then nothing you can do is able to cause you to be plucked from the hand of God.
Hence the conclusion, even though you may fail, God hasn't and loves no less. You are still saved.

There is no heaven or hell. Christianity is plagiarized mythology. If you made a promise to Santa it would have the same relevance. If your not sure if you have blasphemed take the blasphemy challenge: http://www.blasphemychallenge.com/

I've seen this question so many times, it is difficult to take seriously. If you really want to know what that means, all you have to do is repeat the "Our Father" for nine days in a row. The answer will then float before your eyes.

Do you know the meaning of blasphemy? Look it up. The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy, so if the promise you broke is blasphemy itself, you are in trouble.

Okay, first of all, get real. It was yourself you made the promise to. Do you condemn yourself? If so, stop it. You're human.
