This is scary stuff to get involved in. I believe that witches, sorcery, palm readings, and psychics are all serious avenues that Satan uses to infiltrate peoples lives. I will be praying for you.

Yes, yes I do. I believe that we are all energy, spirits inhabiting a body, and when we kick the bucket, our spirit moves on. Those spirits can influence certain people, maybe even those that read palms. I don't think that the palm reading does much, but it's the median that person chooses to focus on, and with that focus they are allowing that energy to come through, and letting themselves hear what is being said from wherever the hell our spirits go when we drop out of this bag of flesh. I mean, why not? There is no scientific proof these things are real, however there is no scientific proof these things are not real either, that I know of.

I'll let the book speak

Deuteronomy 18:10-12
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an ENCHANTER, or a witch.Or a CHARMER, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a NECROMANCY. For all that do these things are an abomination unto YHWH:

If he actually believes a curse was put on him, all he has to do is ask YHWH (G_D) to remove it, for he does have the power. Cause His words are a two edged sword.

I commend you on getting back to Him and His ways. I walked as an atheist for 30 yrs then He woke me up. I then walked in a lost fog for about 7 yrs but now I am a minister, but don't lead a church or anything. Just a title He asked me to take to prove I am with him 100%, for the title effects my tree of life.

You really want to be one with him, and really have Him show Himself in your life? Start calling Him by His real name, YHWH. Can be pronounced YaHWeH or Yodh-Heh-Waw-Heh or even YeHoWaH from Native Indians. Same G_D from the earliest writings to even today. For GOD and LORD in the modern bible means, YHWH. For it was removed in 1914 due to a fight between the Baptists and Jehovah Witnesses.

Speak His name and never let it come to nothingness, He commands this. He listens much more intently when He is called by name. Think about it, if I ran around and said Mrs., Mrs., all day long, how much would you pay attention to me?

Don't forget to remove holidays from your schedule for they are not in the bible and are of pagan origin. Bible only speaks of the 7 feasts to celebrate. And don't forget to not have any images, for they are graven. Meaning no crosses, Jesus pictures (which isn't Jesus but Sandreen a Fallen Angel), no alters, no rosaries, no Mary statues, no doves, no peace symbols, nothing. Define what a graven image is and it is anything pertaining to worship. YWHW does not like these, he states it over n over again. And Jesus's real name is Yahushua for he is of Hebrew, not Greek. For the Son will return in the Fathers Name. Meaning Yah which is what many call YHWH. Yah for Yahushua.

May YHWH bless all your steps.

Those Who Practice Magic Arts

Webster defines magic as: 1 a: the use of means (as charms or spells) believed to have supernatural power over natural forces b: magic rites or incantations
2 a: an extraordinary power or influence seemingly from a supernatural source b: something that seems to cast a spell

The bible says, “Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. You must be blameless before the LORD your God.” (Deuteronomy 18:9-13) No one that does these things will be blameless before God. God cannot look upon these acts. These acts are for the wicked. These acts are practices that the bible says not to do.

He sacrificed his own son in the fire, practiced sorcery and divination, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger. (2 Kings 21:6) When people practice magic arts, then they are doing evil in the site of God. When people do evil, they provoke God to anger. When God is angry he pours out his wrath on you. You will not be blessed, but you will be cursed.

Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. (Revelation 22:5) This verse is comparing everyone who practices evil with dogs. Bible says magic arts are a false practice. When this verse is saying outside, it is talking about being outside of heaven. People who practice magic arts will not enter into the gates of heaven.

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death." (Revelation 21:8) All who practice magic arts will go to the lake of fire (HELL). This is what the bible calls the second death. God will judge all the wicked. The wicked will be judge at the white throne judgment.

If you are one of the people who practice magic arts God will forgive you. Just repent and turn from your wickedness.

What your husband ran across is NOT anything more than a con artist. I can't help but wonder how much money she is cheating him out of. Maybe you are pushing him too hard and you are the one at fault for him going to such a person (or saying he did just to get away). I can tell you from my experience with Christians, nothing can make someone turn away as quickly as trying to force them into believing as you do. Yes, it is against the Christian God (note the capitalization) but it IS NOT against any Pagan gods (note god is not capitalized). Witches do not believe in Satan as he is purely a Christian creation made up to try to frighten people into becoming Christian (or at least saying they are). Weak-minded people or people who can't think for themselves enough to bother to look into other faiths often fall prey to this ploy..

If you are a bible believer than the answer has to be yes they are against God's will. The bible is pretty clear about that. But some Christians use the bible selectively, since it does say some pretty screwy stuff, so feel free to pick and choose, that's what most do.

Leviticus 19:31
" 'Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God.

Leviticus 20:6
" 'I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people.

Leviticus 20:27
" 'A man or woman who is a medium or spiritist among you must be put to death. You are to stone them; their blood will be on their own heads.' "

I think you already know the answer. God requires personal change. You sound like you don't want to be a part of all those things anymore. Are you looking for truth, no matter where it is? Or, are you looking for what's convient to your life? Truth is not always convenient. If you are not ready for personal change you won't find the truth. But if you are willing to accept God's will for you, then you will find that he has a plan for your life!

Being frightened of things like that is against God's will. Either you trust Him or you don't and it sounds like you don't. You're being a but demanding and unbending with your husband so he may actually feel someone is controlling YOU rather than the other way around. Try being more accepting of him and you're more likely to get the result you want.

Oh Gosh. That stuff definitely isn't from God. Even if it is your husband being a little superstitious, Satan can still be mucking things up. Tell him to stay away from that crap.
