I am an Indonesian nurse who wish to migrate to Singapore but I do not have an employment letter from any of sponsor there to meet the requirement to be registered from Singapore Nursing Board, is there any idea?

Singapore hires foreign nurses but it's only done through an agent in the nurses home country. You might try going on line to National University Hospital, Singapore General Hospital or Changi Hospital to see if they have any links for enrollment.

You also might try Ministry of Health to find the requirements to take a Nursing Board Examination in Singapore. Another thought would be to Contact the Ministry of Education to find out what courses you could transfer to a school here to obtain a Singapore, Nursing Degree. You might be able to qualify for a scholarship to attend.

Apply in a hospital in Singapore so that you could qualify to get a working visa thereat.
