Doest taking artificial vitamins like, vitamin pills, and vitamin water make it harder for your body to absorb natural vitamins??
not sure if this would be a "ask a doctor" type of question

Probably not . . . but you should try to spread out your consumption of vitamins. If you take all of them at once you can't absorb them. Good night!

You absorbs all vitamins the same way. the thing is, when you take vitamin pills and get natural vitamins you sometimes have an excess amount. Usually this is comes out in your urine. An example is vitamin C. If you regularly take vitamin C tablets your urine will be more yellow due to the excess being excreted.

So basically taking vitamins wont affect your natural absorption of natural vitamins.

Hope I helped!
