i primarily use them for upper body workouts at home and i know if i was lifting with regular weights i wouldn't do that everyday. so do i need to alternate days as if i was using actual weights to rest my muscles or can i use the bands everyday? thanks

I don't know how durable the bands are, but if you feel sore you should probably rest. That's the best indication there is. Good night!

It depends on the resistance of the bands and what muscles you are working with the bands.
If you are working the same muscles every time, I'd say don't do it every day. But - because they are resistance bands and probably not much resistance, you can use them every day.
I used resistance bands after an injury, while I learned to use my arm and leg again. It was very hard and painful, but I had to do it every day to regain my range of motion.
If you're just trying to have muscle increase, don't waste your time. I'd just use them for flexibility and range of motion.

Use a conceal as much as bypass into lodge lobbies or a convenience keep. on the fee you're going with the weightloss and routines, you will seem great! in my view, i could use a one piece, because it covers up any blemishes, photos better, and you're very truthful skinned and don't prefer a sunburn. have exciting!
