Toothpaste can be very drying. You can try Witch Hazel or Proactive which work great. Also, try to avoid touching your face & drink lots of water. I would guess, that is where you break out is.

if you've tried toothpaste, use regular (nothing added! no whiteners or anything) and dab a TINY thin layer onto the zit. The zit just needs to be dried out so i used products with sylicilic acid, like clean and clear has this one, you just dab it on the zit, you can buy it at longs. To prevent zits, wash your face(in the morning and BEFORE BED!!) twice a day(no less & no more!) with an oil free product and change pillowcases frequently. Also moisturize your skin and use SPF EVERYDAY!

hope this helps!

despite you do.do no longer pop the zit in spite of the certainty that it form of feels tempting.you will deliver greater micro organism into the pore which will make your face wreck out or yet get contaminated. Wash your face with a comfortable air purifier including Oil of Olay,Neutrogena or Dove and prep your pores and skin with a astringent After pores and skin has been prepped and dried, take a concealer that suits your pores and skin tone and artwork around your problem section.make constructive the wonder does not have any hidden oil.My decision is this sort of sparkling makeup including bare Minerals in case you haven't any longer have been provided that, conceal female, maybellene or Revlon could be good. conceal your face with a sheer beginning place--do no longer follow too a lot of it as you prefer to have your pores and skin breathe.

Let it come through the whole way, then crush up some ibuprofen and mix it with water. Put it on there overnight, then in the morning, take it off, get two q-tips and pop that pup. Gooooooooooooood luck!

Oh yeah NEVER USE TOOTHPASTE!

oh proactiv did not work for me...
i've used visine. that makes it less red, but didn't really do anything for the swelling.
once, my friend told me that she crushed up an ibuprofen and mixed it with water to make a paste and put it on the zit. she said it worked really well for swelling and redness, but i've never tried it. let me know if you try it and it works!

Don't touch it b/c it just gives it more reason to get a white head on it. Eventually it will go away, keep putting toothpaste on it to dry it out.

put some soap on it and let it dry on...it'll dry it out. and don't pick at it (i know! it's sooo hard not to!), it'll make it worse. and as simple as it sounds, in the future, don't touch your face. i used to have bad zit problems when someone told me the oil on your hands messes up your skin when you touch your face all the time. even something as simple as resting your head on your hand put all kinds of oil and bacteria on your face. i stopped touching my face all the time and most of my zit probs went away! hope it helps :)

I like to run hot water over it or hold a hot face cloth to it a few times, n' don't touch it after doing this. A hot tea bag could do the trick. If it opens or pops, pour peroxide over it. -Goodluck

Baking soda and lemon juice. You make a paste like substance and just put it on for a couple of minutes.

use either one of these: proactive, rapid clear spot gel by neutrogena, visine to take out the red, or toothpaste.
