I think we are all a little bit crazy for spending so much time in this R&S room at answers, and we are beginning to start to type alike, So I guess then the answer is yes.

the way i understand such matters is: psychopath is a limited "great" mind and ussually DEPENDS upon another to "feed the need". How "great" can that be?
