Things like, the US founding fathers were religious, that "scientific theories" are the same as guessing theories, that ALL dating methods are flawed, that dinosaurs and humans coexisted, that homonid fossils are just sick humans, that most scientists are becoming religious, Einstein was religious, that science tries to disprove god but cannot, that evolution means there should be no monkeys left, that ANY science that contradicts their bible can be proven false, that there are no transitional fossils, ..the list goes on and on, and they are ALL lies, and have been consistently easily exposed as such..

How can people embrace so much denial, ignorance and lies when ot comes to attempting to discredit science?
These people clearly attempt to misquote and misrepresent science in order to tear it down, but are not discrediting "mainstream science" at all..!

Do you think this is extremely dishonest, underhanded, misleading to young minds, ignorant and intellectually slanderous...?

There are some Christians who actually try to be honest and set a good example for others. These people should be treasured, but they aren't. Because they don't help the fanatics.

The reason so many Christians lie is simple. The things they seek to promote cannot be promoted by any other means. You can't argue that the United States of America was meant to be a religious dictatorship without ignoring history. You can't claim Genesis is literally true without ignoring science. You can't claim the Bible is inerrant without ignoring the contradictions and falsehoods in it. You can't claim Christians are all good and everyone else is evil without ignoring countless immoral Christians and countless more moral non-Christians.

Those Christians who seek to promote knowingly false claims lie for the simple reason that they could not even attempt their aims without lying. Others aren't lying as such, but have been convinced the lie is true.
A tiny, precious few try to live in the real world and be good to their fellow man as they think God wants them to. But no one listens to them.

Why do you lump all Christians into one category? Generalizations are usually a form of dishonesty, themselves, because it only takes one exception to disprove them.

Personally, I don't care what Einstein thought about religion, it doesn't matter to me if God chose to work through evolution, and I'm very interested in science's latest discoveries. I also happen to be a Christian who belongs to the Catholic faith. That means your assessment of Christians is flawed because there are exceptions.

Labeling all Christians as liars is dishonest, underhanded, misleading to young minds, ignorant, and intellectually slanderous.

because of the fact they are intimidated. this is not any longer ok for them to slaughter pagans like they did during the witch burnings (this grew to become into all carried out for administration). this is form of frowned upon now...they are dropping their following and it scares them, specifically because of the fact their ideals can no longer be forced upon pagans with torture and homicide. it particularly is a bloody historic previous the Christians carry. And, they frequently fail to understand all of their myths (the bible), trip trips and determine heads (it particularly is composed of Jesus) are molded after plenty older pagan memories and traditions. Or, to be particularly much less subtle, ripped off and bastardized variations of pagan ideals, and maximum are basically stolen myths and trip trips that have basically had the names replaced. everybody with any practise knows this. maybe lack of awareness is the respond to your question.

Because the ultimate source of knowledge of any revealed religion is because some Religious Authority Figure (TM) told you so. Thus, organized religion is full of silly stuff that has no basis in empirical reality. Pointing out the logical fallacies in Christianity is like shooting fish in a barrel with an ICBM...

You should read a book called a case for Christ. Your actually doing the same thing that your accusing us of, saying something without backing it up with information.
I say we can prove evolutionists wrong and then give no proof, then you say " No your liying, you can't prove us wrong" and then you don't give me proof. How about I get some info, you get some info, and then we can have a conversation.

I do not know where you came up with these things but they do not make any sense and and are false. There is little disagreement between the church and science. You show no facts at all. Peace

Actually Paul says in a couple of his epistles that sometimes it is necessary to tell a lie in order to protect the "truth" of Christianity.

Lying in the name of the Truth has been built into Christianity from it's earliet days.

Yes, and as a creationist it saddens me. I don't believe that everyone who teaches creationism is dishonest but I've seen enough of it to put a bad taste in my mouth when I hear about creation science.

alittle actual research would show that u may not be entirely correct ... ive read actual letters from some of the founding fathers that show that some if not most of them were indeed religeous to an extent and at the very least beleived in God ..
