If the chicken was still cold you're probably alright. If there's any question whether it was or wasn't cold you're better off tossing it.

I presume noon is from 12pm then u discovered @ 1030pm, that was abt 10 hrs leaving the chix breast outside in room temperature. A chix breast surface area is small, might take abt 1-1 1/2 hrs to thaw completely. So bacteria had already invaded, throw it out! Always thaw frozen food in a chiller to be on the safe side.

Well, leaving it out on the counter all day didn't do it any good. I suggest you wash it off really good in cold water and then cook it the way you normally want to making sure it is really done. Then smell it and see if it smells like cooked chicken and then taste a tidbit of it and see if it tastes ok. I doubt it spoiled in that length of time to be spoiled meat but any germs would have amplified in it so be sure you really get it done well. I've accidentally left meat out many time and still used it and I'm still around. Rule of thumb is 'go with your instincts.' If you are doubtful, then just throw it out. If you want to try it, follow the suggestion above.

If the bag still feels cold to the touch, it's probably okay, but why take chances with $3 worth of food?
I personally think you should NOT eat it.

It will stay good as long as you keep it in the fridge sealed

If it was frozen solid you should be fine. If it was already room temperature forget about it.

It will be OK if you cook it now.
