i mean portion sizes, what was on it, and what is was... every detail!! i wanna know!!

Today...

Breakfast
A glass of low fat milk
Brisk walk an hour

Snack
2 homemade low caloried, low sugared, high fibre choc cookies
A handful cashew nuts
1 big cup Puerh (hot Chinese tea)

Lunch (I was really hungry by 12pm so I ate a medium sized thai honey orange)
1 Panfried Chicken thigh ( lightly salted) and 5 big leaves pak choy (Chinese cabbage)
(I ate 2/3 of it because I was very full after eating the vegs and chicken)

Now it is just after lunch here in Singapore. 1.15pm. And I am still burping.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

Breakfast- A nectarine, and a cup of cinnamon toast crunch

Lunch- A piece of pizza and some goldfish

Dinner- Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce

ps: for lunch I was at work so there wasn't really anything there to eat but that. And I'm 5'4 and 103lbs if you want to know.

3 large hard boiled eggs and 2 slices of bread
770mL of 2% milk
microwave rice and chicken (with some sort of indian coconut and spices sauce)
sphaggetti with meat sauce
1L of juice (approximately)
2, 250mL of protein shakes
2 bananas

Thats pretty much all I ate all day with excercise and weightlifting.

p.s. I'm 15, 150-155 pounds and between 184cm/6'0 if thats at all relevant

no breakfast

for lunch i ate a baked porkchop, about 1/2 cup dressing, 1/2 okra, 1/2 cup rutabeggas

for supper i ate 3 country style grilled ribs, and half a baked potato

for breakfast i ate a 90 calorie la creme yougurt, lunch .5 of a potatoe and 3 oz. of steak, snack 6 oz. of a fruit smoothie, and for dinner 6 california rolls and .5 cup of sushi rice

breakfeast: special K wheat strawberry ceral, with soy choclate milk, and yogert,with like 10 mimimature m&m's inside.

Lunch: Cottage cheese, baby carrots, patato salid, and 4 pieces of veggie chicken meat, and water.

Dinner: 2 burritos (with veggie meat , and cheese inside), an apple and leftover carrots from breakfeast, with some lipton green tea.

I had 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs, then for supper I had 3 slices of frozen pizza (yuck). Thats it. Im hungry...lol

about 9 oz of milk mixed with 2 spoonfuls chocolate mix

a cup full of plain yogurt, sweetened with a squeeze of maple syrup

a jumbo hot dog with a slice of wheat bread

a split english muffin with 2 slices of cheddar cheese

a piece of toast with peanut butter, chocolate chips raisins and peanuts on it

apple juice

a banana

box of raisins

bowl of oatmeal with fruit and chocolate mixed in

slice of pizza
