Have him wormed. In fact have all them wormed. Since Meeka has had worms you can bet the others have gotten them too from her being in the same yard and using the bathroom. Gets in through their skin.
It would also be a good idea to go to farm and ranch store and get some ah! ..... can't remember what it called but it is put spray the ground with to get rid of worms in the ground after an animal is detected with worms.
Next question is he where other people can pick at him while he is in the back yard. Like throw rocks and things at him or hit him? Maybe trying to steal him. Remember what I wrote you about my neighbor's Huskies.

Wow, I don't know if I have an answer for you but my husky mix has just started acting weird too, not in the same way as your dog, but weird nonetheless. And he's about the same age. He's not fixed and he only started lifting his leg to pee (instead of squatting like a girl), a couple of weeks ago, so maybe hormones do have something to do with it. Normally, he is the sweetest, most friendly little boy, as huskies are known to be. I hope he goes back to being his old self soon and I wish the best for your dog too.

I agree with Jennifer T, he should be seen by a vet to rule out any health problems that may be contributing to his behavior. However, I think this may be more of a socialization problem. Just because the dog was well socialized as a young puppy did not mean you should have stopped as he was getting older. Dogs go through different fear periods as they get older so daily socialization is a must. He is only 9 months so socialization should not have stopped, as a matter of fact, all dogs regardless of age need daily walks and socialization all their lives so they remain confident and well mannered pets.
Take the dog out on daily walks and let him get acquainted with the world he lives in. Ask people to offer him treats (carry with you) so he can get over his fear of people. It will take time but he will gain confidence.

ANY time a dog's behavior suddenly changes, it needs to see a vet. It could be your pup has a hip dysplasia problem, if you mean he tries to get away when people get near his hip. Most sudden or drastic behavioral changes have a physical cause.

You may want to look into others around him. If you left him alone and someone abused him without you knowing it, you may have a stressed dog.

It might just be him being a puppy or he maybe sick. I would let it go for a week or so and if he doesnt stop then I would take him to a vet.

Sounds like hormones-a-startin'-a-ragin'. Time to neuter? Talk to your vet for a better clue as to what's going on.
