Stop eating the carbs and eat more protein and you will lose weight. The cereal your eating along with the milk is nothing but sugar which causes your body to release insulin quickly. This is bad. The flour tortilla does the same thing. This is not what you want to happen. Try eating eggs, real butter, whole grain bread and some type of meat with cheese for breakfast. You won't be hungry for hours. Protein feeds the body for many, many hours. When it's lunch time eat a sandwich with whole grain bread (not white) with meat, cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato etc...NO CHIPS...Or have a huge salad with everything on it including real dressing....Eat meat/poultry/fish for dinner with a salad or some veggies...Quit eating the white bread, potatoes, cereal, rice and limit your fruit...These are all carbs that cause your body to release insulin quickly into the body and this is what causes you to qain weight! Protein/fats do not make you fat, sugar makes you fat!
Good Luck!
