There is a new litter training system by Purina for dogs. Has anyone used this and recommends if this works?

I have not used it, but anything Purina does is usually pretty effective. They test their methods extensively, as they do all of their flavors of dog and cat food. They wouldn't release any ideas/products to the public without being sure of the success...

You can still take your dog outside! But this can be used for those times you arent at home to LET the dog out... Bad pet owners stem from not caring.... As long as you care, and you train your dog in an appropriate manor, you are a good pet owner.

I don't recommend it because it proves that people are lazy and won't take the time to take their dog for a walk or let them go out for a potty break and exercise. This just encourages bad dog owners and is one more reason that people will start complaining that their dog has behavioral problems because the dog does not get a chance to go outside and play.

I don't recommend them.

1. You are teaching your dog its ok to eliminate with a roof over its head. This can often times cause house soiling issues which can be a pain the butt to deal with later.

2. Some dogs will get so used to going the house, that they will refuse to go outside.

Teach your dog to use the bathroom outdoors, its simplier, less confusing, and comes with less complications.
