I not think anyone can convince a person of anything they not want.
An alcoholic will not stop drinking just because he see a person die of liver damage. He has to want to quit.
The only way you can be convinced is to convince yourself and that will require wanting to read the Bible and speak with other Christians around you. Go to a Church, talk to a Pastor/Priest. Go to a Sunday School and speak with those there.
Heck, there was some guy joked on here about the Donkey talking in the Bible and how stupid that had to be. But, I gave a link to talking cats. So, if a cat can talk maybe a donkey can, but, do you think that made the questioner change his thinking?

There was an Egyptian king who wanted to see which religion was true, Christianity, Judaism, Islam.

He called a priest, a Rabbi and an Imam, to see which one would present the best argument.

The christan priest was told to go first, he said no the Jews were first so the Rabbi should go first, they argued then agreed for the Imam to go first.

The Imam was asked to present his case, he said, “If the Jews are right then the Muslims and Christians are okay because believe in Moses. If the Christians are right then the Jews have a problem and the Muslims are okay because we believe in Jesus. But if the Muslims are right then the Jews and Christian have a problem because they don’t believe in Muhammad.” (peace and blessings of God be upon him).

Christianity is the only "religion" that requires a savior. If you've lied, stolen anything, lusted, blasphemed, etc. then you have sinned. There is judgment day. Those who repent can go free, those who don't go to hell.

But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Rev. 21:8

You see Jesus paid our debt to God so when we repent, God sees Christ righteousness and we can go to heaven. Those who don't repent pay for their sins in hell for eternity. Jesus is the ONLY way out!

“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15

The perfect example of repentance is found in Psalm 51.

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6

So, I once read that Billy Graham (evangelist) was being interviewed and one of the questions they asked him was something to the nature of "How do you know God is real?" Billy said that a long time ago, a kid was flying a kite way up in the clouds so high up that you couldn't see it. A man walked by and asked how he knew the kite was there. The boy flying the kite said "I know it's there because I can feel the wind tugging at it." Then Billy went on to explain that he feels a tug at his heart when things happen or God is telling him to do something, i liked this way when I read it so I really hope it helps!!!"

Jesus loves me, this I know
'Cuz the bible tells me so . . .

This is what they teach their children. It's an admission that faith can't be explained . . . all you can do is quote scripture. Drilling this into young minds that are too immature to understand the concepts they're being taught, helps to ensure that the concepts get internalized before they're understood. This is brainwashing. It helps continue the lie of religion.

Look at Christian answers. It's all based on a closed system of scripture. It's starts with, "God said it -- I believe it". Then it's all self-referential, circular logic from there.

Oh . . . and the fact is they don't really mean it when they say "God said it -- I believe it" -- they're SELECTIVE believers: every last one of them. Always have been. Always will be.

"No man ever believes that the Bible means what it says: He is always convinced that it says what he means." ~George Bernard Shaw

Short answer: No

Long answer: Yes

Only Christ himself can show you the truth. I have not been given that power. But if you go to him in prayer, and have faith that he is there, he will become more evident. He will show you his presence, then in a blink of an eye, it will all make sense. When you are ready, and God is ready for you, you WILL be convinced by the spirit. Peace to you and all that is.

At this time in life i don't have the time to discuss and debate about Christianity and if it is true . time is of the essence , i have to prepare myself for God and inform those who don't know him so well . No time for convincing as the bible said seek and ye shall find , so you do that sir . anyway don't spend too much time on stuff like these God s coming whether you believe he is true or not so you need to deal with your faith . am not so strong but if u need someone to talk to jus email me .

Religions of all kinds go back as far as man...man has used religion to explain the unexplainable. If a religion helps you cope with life then embrace it. Some call it a cruch but we all have cruches...Henry David Thoreau said "If God does not exist, man would find need to create him"...your call...
