My stepdaughter works at a Walgreens and she has become manager and she loves it ! They pay her well and offered to send her back to school, she started off as a cashier and a few years later she's a manager! So anything you do , do it well. People are watching you all the time and you don't even know it.

Several of my friends have when they were in high school. They got easy hours and pretty decent pay. If you mean the actual pharmacy, it's not bad as well, they're a huge company and can afford to pay more in regards to all that pharmaceutical crap.

Retail is a no-fun dead-end, no matter what store you're in.

Still, I suppose it beats flipping burgers for a living.
