It is possible you may have strained your abs by doing too much too soon.
Try backing off of that exercise for a few days, then start with just a few (4 or 5) crunches/situps and very gradually increase the number of them so you don't strain them again. You want results, but you don't want pain.

The part about pain after meals really concerns me.

Are you getting plenty of fiber? You need both soluble and insoluble fiber to make stuff work right. A lot of people don't get this. Perhaps a bowl of "oat bran" in the morning, or a handfull of raw pecans for snacks (lots of protein, too), or an apple for a sweet snack may help massage things from the inside. The reason I mention this is that you may have a pocket of something clogged in your intestines.

DRINK WATER! An adult needs a minimum of 2 liters a day just to get along. Water works with the fiber you take in to make things in your intestines happy.

If backing off of the exercise does not make the pain go away, you might need to check for something called a "hernia"... especially since it hurts when you eat.
A hernia is when there is a rip in the sac that holds a person's innards in place, and a portion of the intestine is poking through that rip... it can be very painful. If it is severe, the doctor may need to stitch it back together.
