BREAKFAST:

2oz. protein
1/2 cup carbohydrate
1-2 cups veggies

Well first of all muscle weighs more than fat and on the scale will make it look like you are either gaining the weight or staying the same until a certain point where it drops and if you are wanting to lose actual body fat and inches . You eat protein, carbs, fruit and veggies in a certain way that raises your metabolism and with excersise and lots of water, the weight will just come right off. I did this and man did i lose weight(inches).
CHOICES:
PROTEIN INCLUDES: egg whites or egg white powder, canned tuna in water, turkey breast or ground turkey, chicken breast, beef, ground beef,except that the beef can only be eaten for dinner. For two oz of tuna you can use 1/2 can of tuna. For turkey and chicken breast and beef, it should be the size of a little more than half your palm cooked and for the ground turkey or ground beef, it should about 1/2 cup cooked. 2 egg whites equals 2 oz of protein.Every meat you cook must be cooked without salt, but the canned tuna is an exception. A good choice in seasonings are pepper or mrs. dash's salt free seasonings. You can also cook them with free foods which are foods that you can add to your meals as much as you want to add flavor or to help you get fuller. The free foods are greens and other veggies....
Greens are leafy vegetables such as: spinach,lettuce,mustard greens,okra,collard greens,
kale,dandelion,arugula, watercress,and sprouts.The other free vegetables are: broccoli,
cauliflower,tomatoes,onions,mu... peppers(all colors-red, green,yellow)
cucumbers,string beans, all the soft skinned summer squash like zucchini.
CARBOHYDRATES INCLUDE:
1/2 a large potato or one small one for 1/2 a cup
1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal which will become your 1/2 cup when cooked and the same goes with rice as that doubles too.
1 small apple or 1/2 a large banana
VEGGIES INCLUDE:
Artichokes, Asparagaus,Beets, Bell peppers, Broccoli,Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, celery, Cucumbers, Green beans, lettuce, greens which are stated above, Spinach, Mushrooms, Zuccinni/Summer squash, Tomatoes and no salt added tomato sauce.
FRUITS INCLUDE:
Grapefruit, Mixed berries(rasberries, blackberry, blueberry) Peaches, Pineapple, Strawberries, Bananas, Apples, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Papaya, Pears, Plums.
Now all these meals have to be eaten 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours apart. You must drink lots and lots of water. some tea is ok as long as you use sugar substitute to sweeten like splenda. No sodas, juices, punch, milk should be drank because it will make things run slower. you have to stick with it to the T so it goes how you want it to. Keep up with the exercising too. If you get hungry inbetween meals drink lots of water to fill you up and if you really can't take the hunger then go for a little bit of greens or free foods.If you chew slowly while eating it will help get you full sooner because it takes a certain amount of time for the your body to signal that it is getting full. You should be able to do it!
First go for brisk walks. They are great for burning fats and trimming lower body fats.
Next, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs . They will increase your metabolism rate and burn more fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
