No. You still don't have a license no matter what state or country you are in.

Sure --- as long as you don't get stopped. It is against the law to have two drivers license and in order to obtain a license in another state you will have to sign a document indicating you either had or did not have a license in another state, If you say you had one in Indiana they will check and when they find out it was taken away for DUI they will refuse to issue you one. Now if you tell them you never had one and go through the permit and license tests again to obtain a license and they later find out you lied than you will not only lose your license in that state but be found guilty of Freud and could be jailed for false representation to obtain license previously suspended to a vehicular felon. Meaning you will never ever get another license. Your best bet is do the time and comply with Indiana laws and requirements to re-obtain a valid license. ----- Of course, we never touched on the denial of insurance coverage by any insurance company til you successfully, legally obtain a valid license from Indiana or a release from the state. Are you find out driving under the influence is not very smart???? Look on the brighter side - your mother and wife can drive you to work for the rest of your life if you get caught with a license from another state before you are released from liability in Indiana.

Sure, and in Indiana, too! But not with a license.

Information is shared between the DMV's. You're NOT going to be able to get an OH license if your IN license is suspended or revoked.

The next traffic stop will be a ride to JAIL! Both IN. And OH. traffic cops have the same data base. Good luck with trying to escape that DUI charge. Insurance pool and high rates are your future! Don't Get me wrong I went thru the same problem in 1985.
And as a Mechanic I could not drive customers cars. I had to ride along. But it made me a better listener and I interact with customers better. "what does not kills us makes us stronger"

It all depends on the reciprocal agreement that the states have between each other. You would have to check with the state that your attempting to get the license from. Your SSAN # usually will be checked and a decision will be made when the drivers records are checked.

Hell no! Your driving record will be available to every jurisdiction in the U.S. and Canada. You have an accident in another state and you will be charged for driving without a license.

Suspended drunks are just that in any jurisdiction!

No. And people with DUIs should never get their licenses back.

Nope. All the information is in a central database, accessible by the DMV in every state. Nice try, though.

Nope. Today, in the police state situation they have means to find out about your achievements in other states so no matter where you get caught you go to jail.

No, and I'm glad. Drunk drivers shouldn't have licenses at all.
