How do I wire a woofer and tweeter both 8 ohms and get 8 ohms resistance

You buy or make a crossover. Hook the speakers up to the crossover. The amp connects to the crossover.

You cant hardwire the tweeter into the circuit without protection or you will blow it. You will need to build a simple crossover. I do not know the specifics of the tweeter so it is hard to say but you will need say a 6.8uf polymer cap in the positive line. Then use a 10w wire wound ceramic resistor anything between 5 and 20 ohms in parallel with the tweeter after the cap. The combination of the two very the volume of the tweeter and frequency that it will come in. Without knowing the characteristics of the tweeter it is hard comment further. The speaker will still have an 8ohm load. If you want the tweeter quieter us a low ohm resistor. If you want it queiter use a higher resistance resistor. If you want the tweeter to come in higher us a lower capacitance capicitor say 4.8 or 3.3. Have a play you will learn a lot.

I would wire the cross-over parallel, then add a resistor in series to achieve the resistance. (4Ω if the cross-over was had no resistance).
