She already attempted earlier this year, & she's very depressed & feels like she has nobody. Her family doesn't want anything to do with her. I tried talking to her, & it's not working. She feels like nothing in her life is going to get any better. She's talking about overdosing on pills again. She said that deep in her heart, she doesn't want to do it, but she feels like she is obligated to end her life, based on other people's negative opinions about her.

you need to tell her that it may seem like she has noone that cares for her but people do, like you. If she kills herself she leaves pain and suffering for the people that do care for her.In the front of the phone book,(usally on the first couple pages) there is numbers for your local crisis center. You should realy talk to her about calling them, they can help her out. good luck and keep a close eye on your friend

If she won't go somewhere with you then call the suicide hotline and let them know. They will send the authorities who will take her in. She may be mad at you but it does not matter; she will forgive you. You need to do something but most of us are not equipped to deal with this. Get help now.

My brother committed suicide earlier this month. If I would have known how he felt I would have done anything to stop him.

An intervention to show how much people love and would miss her.

Or maybe she needs to be admitted into the psych ward.
