I don't think you'd be able to type out this question if someone had just done that. If you are injured and asking a serious question about that on Y!A you should tell the person next to you to stab your other eye, because someone stupid enough to have that happen and NOT immediately call 911 should be stabbed repetitively.

DON'T PULL IT OUT!!!! Leave it where it is and get to the ER asap. Try to keep the toothpick as still as possible and keep clam. Don't blink, maybe just keep your eyes closed and get someone else to drive either friend (not the one that stabbed you) or an ambulance.

see an opthamologist. you may have a scratched cornia. it hurts like hell. also, depending what was on the toothpick, you need to worry about infection.
you type pretty well for someone with a stabbed eye.

If your eye has been punctured, have someone get you to a hospital........N O W ! ! ! !
If it has not been punctured, you're probably ok putting something cold over your eye for comfort.
But seriously, if it's punctured, get to the hospital!
