have had horrible nightmeres since my break-up 11 years ago. seen phycoligist and have done lots of Rx's. they do not help. can someone out there relate. sleepness in colo.

When I was little, I had chronic nightmares, so my mom got me to sleep with a Freddy Krueger doll. She said he controlled nightmares, so he could make mine better. Eventually I stopped having them. I guess having something that calms you down close to you before you sleep makes you go to bed happy, reducing nightmares.

there are certain foods that are thought to cause nightmares if eaten before bed. google it and see if it's in your diet.
