I have a capital one credit card which has 14.45% APR and I wish to withdraw 500$ from the card as cash from Bank of America ATM ....How much transaction fee will i be levied?

It depends on the terms for your particular credit card -- there are many variations. But typically the fee is about 3% of the cash withdrawn.

For me everytime I withdraw it charges me a $10 charge through the same atm as the card institution belongs to. And the downside of doing that is once you take out your maximum, is that you dont get it back availible until you pay off that money. Meaning the whole balance of the credit card.

Probably. However: 1) There may be a fee 2) If you use a cashier, you will have to sign 3) If you use an ATM, you will need a PIN number
