Flower = Flos
Rock = Petra
These are the most common. There are many words for each, especially rock - how big is the rock, is it used for building, etc.

I am always amazed at the translations that others provide. They are so creative and I would not have thought of them in a million years. It's fun to read them. For example, offering the Greek petra for rock is a masterstroke. A Roman would have known that word but I didn't think of it, because you asked for Latin. I just thought of the plain old Latin word for rock: saxum
A flower is flos.
Latin changes the endings on the words depending on what their use is in a sentence, so if you are trying to say something else with these words, you might want to ask again.

Whatever happened to DOING IT FOR YOURSELF???? I AM NOT GOING TO GO THROUGH YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN YOU HAVE TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE PUT IT THROUGH A TRANSLATOR!!!!! THIS IS STILL CHEATING!!! Surely your teacher did NOT assign for you to put your homework through a translator and then put it online for experts to polish it up for you....did he/she? isn't the assignment for YOU to TRANSLATE the sentences???????
