i did were sunscrene,but we don't get very many breaks in marching band and we spent most of our time drinking water with the short breaks we had.

Because the skin is burned and inflamed. Your cells are having a reaction to it trying to repair the tissue and take away what's dead and damaged.

Because it raises the temperature of your body tissue & can do so internally, also... the skin is burnt, you know- it is like, crispy.
Like fried chicken is when it comes out of the fryer.

b/c it is burnt and the body temperture is not normal or trying to adjust to the heat and so the heat comes off the skin...

yeah it will feel hot, but you can use aloe vera gel to make it feel better!!!!

sun= heatness and also the sun rays also give you sun burns. wear sunscreen!!
