Red, White, and Blue or Red, White, and Black?

Which is a better color combination: Red, White, and Blue or Red, White, and Black? I can't decide I like them both ALOT! So I need some help choosing.

Red, white and black is good - you won't get tired of it!
Red, white, and blue - patriotic, and overdone.

black is plain its like a duhhhhhhhhh .....color and red white and blue is independece day colors
