It sounds like you have pretty much the same thing I had - depression and/or social anxiety. I saw a psychiatrist and I now take Prozac. It helped a ton.

You are not a little kid looking for attention. It takes alot of guts to ask a question like this as you dont know how some people may answer you.
I feel exactly the same as you. It's so hard and i understand what you go through everyday. You really should see a councillor about your self-esteem as that sounds like a big part of your problem. You should also see a doctor as it sounds like you probably have Depression too.
It's good that your opening up,even if it's online it will help you.You need to talk about how your feeling to some professionals too that can give you some proper help.
Things will get better for you once you get the right support. It's out there.
Take Care!

You may want to seek Counseling. Tell your medical doctor how you are feeling or if still in school speak withy the psychologist . Some of the "symtoms" you mention sound like a form of Depression and you may just need a medication to regulate your feelings/mood.
You are not alone, many people in this world feel "crazy". I understand what you are saying, heve been there myself.
Please seek help from your Doctor- the sooner you do the sooner you will be back to you.
I wish you the best, hang in there.

See the self esteem websites, and read pages 2, 2a, and 9, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and volunteer, even from home, at first. Visit a doctor, and ask for a referral: find out the normal weight range for your height. If above it, use the following: DIETING: Go to: h t t p : / / c h o o s e d i e t . b l o g s p o t . c o m and select one, possibly changing later. Eat 6 - 8 small meals daily, with a little protein in each, preceded 20 minutes earlier with a large glass of water, (drink at least 10 large glasses [250 ml] daily) and snack on as many celery sticks as you like, with the occasional carrot stick, or slices of cucumber and/or tomato in any vinegar desired (no oil!). Also see http://www.ediets.com and subscribe to their email newsletter. Slowly work up to 30 - 60 minutes of brisk walking, daily, possibly doing other exercises at home as well, as you are listening to music, or watching television, like bending and stretching exercises, Tai Chi, (see page 2 at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris ) Pilates, or pump iron. Many overweight people use food in an attempt to fill an emotional void, which is unhealthy, and ultimately futile. See http://emotionalhealth.ivillage.com/... and http://www.foodaddiction.com and http://www.oa.org/ Phone EDAP (U.S.A.) on 1800 931 2237. Others eat out of boredom, so find other things that you enjoy, or are interested in, so that boredom is no longer part of your life. If you are within the normal range, you have a distorted body image, so don't use a full length mirror, just a small, hand mirror to check your appearance, and talk with your school counselor, or therapist. No-one is a good judge of their own looks.

you don't sound like a stupid little kid. A lot of people would say its depression, but I am not qualified to make that kind of judgement. I would say to talk to someone close to you who will understand what your going through, and if you do not have anyone. talk to a school counsler. I would also suggest reading and art, try to eat healthy. maybe get up and watch the sun rise or go for a run. reading fiction always helps me.

First of all, don't kill yourself. When I feel depressed I just say to myself ",Life may not be good now,it may not be good tomorrow, but some day all the things that put up with will come back times ten in the form of utter happiness."So Why kill yourself now.
I've never been a fan of antidepressants.I think that you should just learn to love yourself and find a place where you fit in
ask me for more info.

You know, you seem young and what a life you can have to come, if you only try. happy is a state of mind, not a surroundings you live in. live your life "as if". as if you're a queen, as if you're happy, and pretty soon you will be. happiness and joy are infectious.
try a new club, or church. seek out new friends.
confide in your parents your feelings and ask them to help you find a professional therapist, social worker, or someone who can relate to you on your level, and make it all meaningful for you.
Will pray for you.

I'm sorry for what your going through kiddo! My prayers are
with you. Your right about suicide not being the answer. I have a family member whom is basically going through the
same thing as you. Her doctor referred her to a psycologist
that determined her to be bipolar. With medication and counciling her life has turned around for the better. Don.t give
up, talk with your parents. GOD bless you in Jesus name.
